Data controller

Almina Mobilya Dizayn (Güneştepe, Bursa) is the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data processed and purpose

The name, e-mail, phone number and message you send via the contact form are processed to respond to your request and to manage surveys, quotes and appointments. Information you share via WhatsApp or phone is used for the same purpose.

Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1) and because it is directly necessary for entering into a contract (art. 5/2-c).

Transfer and retention

Your data is stored on servers hosted in Türkiye, kept only as long as your request and legal retention periods require, and never shared with third parties for marketing.
